As you will be aware, Canada Post has begun rotating strike action that will affect mail delivery. At this point, we have no idea how long this situation will last or whether it might escalate.
Our facility customers who receive 30 days to pay invoices for product already shipped are advised that payment will still be expected by the due date. We encourage you to make arrangements to include us in your EFT payments. Alternatively, we accept payment by VISA and MasterCard and will gladly do so in order to assist you in keeping your account in good standing.
Our staff will not be shipping any orders via Canada Post until the issues are resolved. In addition, we will be encouraging customers to accept quotes and invoices via email and to make required payments by either VISA or MasterCard.
