Thank you to all of our customers who have tried to process credit card transactions over the past few days and were met with a garbled message instead of a successful transaction. The issue has now been resolved and the HipSaver store is now processing credit card transactions successfully. At this point it looks like a change in security measures at the Nerds On Site data centre prohibited the transaction from ever leaving our site in order to get credit card authorization from Moneris and it has been corrected by adding Moneris’ IP address to the server in order to allow the order to proceed. Why it wasn’t there in the first place is an explanation to follow but, according to their logo, they know stuff so we should have answers shortly. Again, our thanks for your patience.
