The issue of sizing comes up frequently with DermaSaver, particularly with the products used on arms and hands. While sizing guidelines are provided on our website and in the catalogue, therapists are aware of individual challenges that we cannot possibly know. A big one is contractures and another is edema. Clearly the skin tubes or knuckle protectors or whatever is being used need to be put onto the patient with relative ease yet you do not want them to be easily removable by the patient in most cases. Use the sizing charts as a guideline but, by all means, take into account the challenges of the individual and those who care for him or her when choosing the best fit.
